Welcome dear Noches friends!

Registration for 10th Noches de Hungría Tango Marathon is possible through the registration form below. Should you encounter any problems please send us a mail to: registration@noches.hu

Registration is accepted individually (leader or follower), however if you would like to join with your sentimental partner, please mention this in both of your registrations’ comment fields. For a nice tango experience and in order to create the right blend of nationalities and dancers the number of participants as always will be limited. The marathon will be gender balanced meaning that the same number of leaders and followers will be accepted to enjoy the marathon.

With consideration to the pandemic issues we will ask participants for a valid immunity certificate so please register only if you have one that will not expire by – or if you intend receiving one by – the weekend of Noches.

Step 1: Register. The arrival of your registration request will be confirmed with an automatic reply.
Step 2: The answer regarding the approval of your registration will be sent to you in a second letter with information regarding the payment details. Please make all travel arrangements (booking plane ticket or accommodation) only AFTER receiving the second confirmation letter.
Step 3: As your payment has been finalized and you will received our final confirmation letter.

Registration fee: 135 EUR Including dinner on Friday and Saturday and brunch on Saturday and Sunday, snacks and drinks during the marathon. Entrance to all milongas from Thursday night and the Sunday Afterparty.

Payment and Cancelation Policy:

If registration was accepted payment should be effectuated within 10 days as detailed in the first confirmation letter. In case of no payment the registration and the confirmation can be cancelled. In case of payment difficulties or special requests please contact organizers. In case of cancelation by participant due to unforeseen difficulties a 95% refund will be possible until the 30th of August. In case of cancelation after the 30th of August direct refund will not be possible only if a substitute form the waiting list or a recommended participant (same role and accepted by organizers) will reimburse the participation fee. In case of event cancelation due to various acts of God the participation fee will be automatically transferred to the next event with the same refund policy as above.
